Not out of rebellion.

Just a genuine feeling that this short, precious life probably deserved more than a five-day countdown to two days of freedom.

We have more potential for work & living than the 9-5 was ever going to unlock.

For a long time I (Kimberly…hi) had those feelings. And I was surrounded by people who seemed content with the script. I slowly I started shrinking my ideas to fit the room I was in.

Until I found others who saw work & living like I did.

So I built the room.

Our vision if to hold space for a global gathering of a new breed of “business owner”.

We like to call us, the New Kind.

It’s less of a label & more of a way of seeing thw world. We’re essentially solo founders, freelancers + free-souls. We didn’t get into “business” for the conventional reasons, we’re doing it to curate a new way of living.

We don’t fit into the “traditional” business communities (of ick networking & girl bosses), we needed a new style space.

A space where the unconventional feels like the norm, the connections are real, and the opportunities help you build a life you can’t stop thinking about.

Our people don't fit a label.

They're designers, writers, yoga instructors, sustainable brand founders, digital nomads, remote workers, retreat builders, marketers, and a hundred other things.

But the industry doesn't matter. It's the mindset.

They're the ones curating a life, not just a career.

Creative at their core, purpose-led in what they build, and completely done with the idea that freedom & fulfilment is something you earn after forty years.

We’re not dreamers. We're the ones who decided to break the mould & go for it.

The world needs to experience your magic. To gain from the ideas you have (without middle management crushing them).

Society isn't built to aid you in making it happen.

So we want to make sure you have the people + support to stay inspired, stay motivated, and have the no-bull, lived experiences to get you there faster.
